Family-Friendly Downtown New Haven Vacation Rental – Steps from Yale University & Local Attractions

Positive: Clean and comfortable, well equipped and next to Yale. Negative: The access is a little bit weird. The first impression is: 'Oh, shit, what did I book?' But it's just a misleading impression. Once you get inside, it all makes sense.

Positive: The accommodation was very spacious, and both the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large and highly functional. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable multi-day stay. A really nice touch was the pitcher of filtered water waiting for us, which we highly appreciated since we arrived in New Haven late in the evening. The location is perfect—close to the university and both train stations. Highly recommend! Negative: Everything was ok.

We had a great nights stay and the apartment was well located for the city centre. Positive: A very well located apartment for New Haven city centre. It was comfortable and clean. Negative: Would prefer to have parking on site.

Positive: Good, clean, spacious apt.vfor 5 people Negative: located in a parking lot and not the best neighborhood, hard to locate the place. One room is without AC. No washing machine although it indicates that it has one.
