Bad experience. Positive: Although the apartment was well equiped we had an unpleasant experience. Owners of the property were available and rwaponsive to my concern. Negative: My kids found a mouse in the house, which eventually hid in the heating radiant. This was very unpleasant and kept us awake at night.

Very nice apartment with helpful and proactive hosts. Highly recommend for a stay in downtown NH Positive: Very comfortable apartment in downtown New Haven. Neighborhood is not the nicest but the property itself is very comfortable, clean and very well maintained. Instructions from the hosts were great and overall I recommend the property vs staying in a downtown hotel in NH. Negative: the AC units were a bit noisy but there are also ceiling fans - so not a big deal.
