Rapport qualité prix nul Positive: L espace Negative: L emplacement, quartier pas très sécurisant. Une fenêtre avait été cassée et posée dans un placard et une planche avait été mise à la place de la fenêtre… une des fenêtre qui ne se verrouillait pas. Ventilateurs très bruyants à l extérieur même la nuit. Triste vue avec parking des 2 côtés de l appartement. 10 jours avec les mêmes grandes serviettes de bain. Que des petites serviettes pour les mains ont pu être changées après ma demande au loueur…

Gut Positive: Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und es war nett eingerichtet zudem hatte man viel Platz. Es gab kostenlosen Kaffee und ein paar Spülmaschinen Tabs. Der Check- in/out war sehr unkompliziert mit Schlüsselbox. Der Parkplatz neben an hat am Wochenende 4$ am Tag gekostet und unter der Woche 22$. An der Straße konnte man auch stehen, Sonntags sogar kostenlos. Es war sehr zentral nur leider ist in New Haven nichts los, wofür die Unterkunft aber natürlich nichts kann. Negative: Es waren viele Armeisen in der Küche und teils im Badezimmer. Zudem waren die Ventilatoren sehr laut, weshalb man sie Nachts ausmachen musste und dann war es teils zu warm (dem guten Wetter geschuldet).

Just what the family of three needed to enjoy time with our brother on the other side of the Green. Positive: Lots of room. Bedrooms were quiet. Liked the vegan books in the kitchen (I'm vegan myself). Negative: I prefer flatter pillows.

Positive: Exceptional hosts, excellent location, great decor and apartment layout, separate bedrooms; spacious bathroom; quiet floors; great heat Negative: No cable TV; no regular TV antenna to access local over-the-air channels — ironic since WTNH 8 is located literally next door; TV did not have Airplay or Chromecast to mirror content; the fit/seal on the front door of the building had noticeable play; a smoke detector with a low battery somewhere in the building could be heard from the living room with the front door closed/locked; key lockbox is exposed to weather (not covered) and can freeze rendering the combination lock unusable
