Very comfortable attractive apartment near restaurants and in walking distance to Yale U historic district. Positive: Spacious, clean, nice decor, very comfortable. Bed was best ever! Quick friendly response by property mger. Loved that coffee was provided for our stay-nice touch. Negative: The only bathroom is down hall and through kitchen for 2 bedrooms. Gap around both sides of air conditioner bringing in cold air.

Positive: The bathroom was good and clean Negative: Very old windows meaning you hear everything at the street all night (weather trucks people cars everything) There no way to make a cup of coffee kettle is broken (told the stuff) drip coffee machine only with ground coffee but no filters to be found For a 2 night stay i didn't want to buy it. A very shady area of the downtown especially at evening and night.
