Prime Downtown New Haven Private Apartment – Furnished Vacation Rental Near Yale & Train Station

Overall one of my best stays in New Haven and I am here every week. Positive: Comfortable spacious good location clean and well stocked. Negative: Entrance is down an alley. It’s fine but at first sight unappealing. There were some issues with pests but the staff was very responsive.

The hosts were very helpful, the unit was large and clean, and the location was convenient.

Overall great stay. Positive: Comfortable Negative: A few lights were broken but I notified the owner.

Tolle Wohnung - tolle Lage! Positive: Super tolle Wohnung im 1. Stock (Achtung: Treppe ist recht steil), sehr großzügig und wirklich schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht, Die nähe zum Zentrum und zur Uni Yale ist phänomenal. Wir haben auf dem Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus geparkt. Kosten sind mit 22 Dollar in der Woche und 4 Dollar am Wochenende auch ok. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

Great value for family and would use again Positive: Great space to take a family if you are dropping a child off at the University (which we were). Rooms were spacious and open. The shower was next level amazing, and the bathroom a good sized considering we had to share between 4 of us. I liked the kitchen facilities and lounge set up meant we just had a bit more room so we didn't have to buy every single meal out- we could eat at the apartment Negative: The couch could probably do a steam clean to freshen up? Just have to be a bit mindful of the pathway you pick to walk into town at certain times of the day- dont go through the green square.
