Positive: The bathroom was good and clean Negative: Very old windows meaning you hear everything at the street all night (weather trucks people cars everything) There no way to make a cup of coffee kettle is broken (told the stuff) drip coffee machine only with ground coffee but no filters to be found For a 2 night stay i didn't want to buy it. A very shady area of the downtown especially at evening and night.

Well appointed and good value for money Positive: The apartment is good value for money for a family of 5 (adults) ... it's well appointed and had some really nice extra and thoughtful touches. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Negative: In terms of the apartment nothing!

Would highly recommend and plan on staying again! Positive: Really clean lot of room! Perfect location close to Yale. Great area and price affordability! Negative: Have to pay for parking not a lot of places to park
